Privacy & inquiry handling.
This notice describes the Property Line Pros website as currently configured. The website is published on Netlify infrastructure. Information entered into the inquiry form is transmitted to Netlify Forms and stored as a form submission so the business can review and respond to it.
Information submitted
When you request a consultation, the form can collect your name, email address, optional phone number, city or postal code, property classification, approximate size, selected services, and any notes you include. Do not send payment-card details, government identifiers, medical information, or other sensitive information through the form.
Purpose and access
Inquiry information is used to evaluate and respond to requests about services, scheduling, or project scope. Netlify processes and stores submissions on behalf of the site operator. The operator should establish an internal access and retention policy before taking on a large volume of inquiries. Submission does not establish a contract, scheduled appointment, or price quotation.
External content
The site loads landscape inspiration images from Unsplash and typefaces from Google Fonts. Those services may receive ordinary connection information, such as an IP address and browser metadata, when their assets load. The site does not intentionally include advertising pixels or third-party analytics in its authored page code.
Security and retention
Transmission and storage are handled by Netlify. No internet transmission is guaranteed risk-free. A specific deletion schedule and the host's internal retention duration have not yet been independently confirmed. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive details in any submission.
Contact and correction requests
To request correction or deletion of an inquiry, use the project inquiry form, describe the request in the notes field, and provide the email address associated with the prior inquiry. The operator must verify and handle requests appropriately. A dedicated privacy email will be added when its business contact information is confirmed.
